the phone caller is from India and it's a scam based on tax fraud.
Called me randomly. This estate agent is rude and likes to waste time. I did not even ask them to call me and I stopped searching a while back. The purpose of the call is for them to get you to fill in a survey and waste your time. The profile creating is a pointless exercise as the information changes with time. Instead on creating profiles they should focus on finding a property and arranging viewings for clients in a timely manner. Seems like its an internal target of how many profiles they have. Pointle

SCAM / SPAM. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.

BREAKING the law cos our number is on TPS! VERY DODGY - possible scam - if you ve got the time muck em about - these bottom feeders ll soon stop if it just costs em.
