Claimed to be from Myhermes unable to deliver message
Scam call about appliance insurance renewal when infact I don't have such insurance. Female caller identified herself as Sam and spoke clear English. I let her waffle on to waste her time and she gave me a number to call back on 01273 101448. When I eventually asked why I was being contacted when I don't have such insurance to renew she ended the call abruptly.

SCAM - "unable to process latest payment" and wanted me to update info.
They rang and left a message on machine at 8.34 am searching for Ex partners son. He s been on the fiddle with mobile phone contracts using my address and phone number. I rang em back at 7.40 pm and straight through to Emma who dealt with situation in a professional manner and ensured my details would be removed and updated as we spoke with information I gave her.
