Have been calling me a least twice a day for one week - answered the first call and it was a hang up. Number now blocked
Moments after they called, I called back from a business/withheld number and they said they were 'having technical problems'... [but they can make outgoing calls?] There was no company identification, but I was told that "you can find lots of help and information online" As someone who works in a technical/business capacity, It is very suspicious that they DONT identify the company and DONT specify a website or online resource to check. No answer when picked up the phone. Stayed on line, they hung up after 1 min.
Call and claim a debt is owed. Claim to be british gas but cannot tell you any account details other than your name,address and number. Not even how long you ve been with British gas....nothing. SCAMERS.
Fraud HMRC - warrant for your arrest
Some debt collectors texted me obviously looking for the wrong Steven, the latest firm to try this on my mobile number. They are now blocked.
