Laptop had pop ups with this number and another one too 0800 031 4002 On the phone for 1hr 25 mins the man said he from Microsoft and was actually in my computer as soon as he asked for payment starting from £99 up to £349.99 I ended the call. The web site he was asking me to make payment on was called sunnywebs.com/uph ........ What a joke!!! He was actually controlling my laptop from where he was!!!

This is the number for a scammer. They call up claiming to be from your ISP and ask you to run a remote desktop access program so they can do god knows what with it. I kept them on the line for some time pretending to be an idiot before I finally let them know they were rumbled.

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently - 01723580848 and 01723580849, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
