Keeps leaving voice mail but no one speaks, just quiet. It's got to the stage where its being blocked for harassment...

SCAM a person called from this number saying my washing machine insurance had been taken out of my account an amount of 19.00 pounds where would I like the amount refunded to my current account or another account when I pointed out that I did not have the washing machine any longer and that no money had been taken from my account he out the phone down

SPAM Missed the call, they left a voice message which was silent for the most part until the last few second when a female voice stated 'Okay sorry for that we'll remove your number. Thank you bye'.

I live in Belgium and recieven several phone calls from this number. I saw them as missed calls. When I rang back I got the message that the number is not in use.
Tells you it's not a cold call. Really? Asks for personal information.
