Had a call from this number last week when a man said that records showed that I had taken finance and may be eligible for a refund. I told him no I wasn t and to take me off his list. Then lo and behold, they ring again today.

Automated message when you pick up that says ive avoided tax of some sort and that I need to press 1 to speak to someone to avoid it going to court. After pressing 1 it just goes silent and when you call it back it just says persons phone is switched off. Im based in Wales and call is from Manchester so will assume its a scam
From Swansea, didn t answer as i m not expecting any calls from Wales. I get harassed every day since putting my CV on the Directgov Universal Job Match(UJM)website. Avoiding doing that could be very good advice if UJM was not compulsory to receive JSA. Complain to Directgov as they are slack.
