This mobile is registered with the TPS, and as of 2014, the CTPS, so they don t give a toss about looking through the database of numbers that don t wish to accept their services .

After a second "Hello" I heard background noise, as if they were sitting in a crowded place and a voice informed me that there are no available operators at the moment, but that they will call me back.
