I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Just had a text from the number 012685-578577 asking me to contact Claire regarding my account with T-Mobile.I thought it strange as why would they not email or ring me so it is interesting to see it is not directly from T-Mobile. I recently got a brill deal with T-Mobile for Broadband and a brill deal for my mobile with another company.Other than actually pay me to take their products I couldnt do any better than I have. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

i missed a payment a few days ago now ive had several calls which they choose to let it ring 3 times then hang up only to do same thing over n over! they have already added a charge for non payment yet there harassing me non stop get a grip littlewoods been with ya for 14yrs never missed a payment n this is how you treat your customers shoddy customer service think i might invest in a fog horn :)

Hal s reply is spot on. If someone sends a text message to your landline and you don t pick up the phone it gets stored for you to retrieve later. This 0795 number is where you collect the message, plus the number of the mobile phone that sent the text. It s not dangerous. All depends on what the text message says, of course - that could be anything. In my case it was someone texting to say Sorry I Missed Your Call. See? Not dangerous.
