Got a call from 01997 617418 and he said he was called “Daniel”, obviously incorrect based on accent. He said he was from Curry’s PC World! Stating he was doing mobile phone upgrades. Upon notification of the fact I had already upgraded recently he hung up.

This number called me, did not respond to me, then appeared to put me on hold with classical music playing. How rude!

SCAM number starts with +353 rest the same from Eire but calling people in U.K. so should be provision to report!= Same as most Amazon scam call. Only answered as have relatives in Dublin where the call originated And some old and unwell! Caller said he was Virgin Media Technical Department and believed I was having trouble with my internet speed. He wanted me to do a speed test but when I said that I couldn't do that he disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never phoned me in the past. As far as I'm aware, Virgin never phone customers when there's any problem so I'm rating this call as dangerous.

Hung up when I asked them to repeat the company name they were from, and still couldn't catch it after a second repeat.

This number is from Capital On Tap, Chris the account manager has helped us get an extra 1% rebate for paying my trade accounts. I have used the rebate to take my family away on holiday for free twice
I received a call from an Asian sounding female saying she was from Havering council asking if I need snd housing repairs . Her accent was quite wrong snd when asked to repeat her request she huffed and puffed as if it was annoying her .
SCAM
This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Be safe everyone.
