Didn't catch what company this was, it sounded like crown, however I asked what it was regarding, the caller said something about energy, I said sorry I've not got time at the moment, he then said we'll why have you answered the phone then! I said cos I thought it could be something important he then the, yeah yeah whatever, and hung up on me! Cheeky and rude!
