Call from a telephone blocking service. He asked if I received nuisance calls. I said yes plenty but he didn t understand the irony and pressed on with his script. I asked where he was based. He said 70 Margaret Street London which is the HQ of the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) (Note that the caller was NOT from the TPS). I asked him the name of the nearest underground station at which point he terminated the call.

recieved detail from someone who said i had unpaid debts, rent etc - so i said its not likely to be me, they said have i applied for anything recently said no. they said ok politley and on there wya, BUT this is my first call and expecting more after reading above.
Called claiming they had information about outstanding debt. When asked to provide more details became hostile and ended the call. Scam.
