Scam call claiming fraudulent payments on Visa card

No bloody ringing me

Automated voice said hello, then a woman answered over it talking about claiming something for something from someone. Nothing to do with me, hung up.

I've just had a call from this number. My handset is only three days old and I've only made a few calls to friends

Introduced themselves as scrappage scheme for boilers and windows. Said they were Dundee based but number is Scuntorpe. Caller became aggressive when questioned.

This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

I m no longer with them but they keep ringing even tho I told them to take us off their list.

They were calling about marketing and were extremely rude when I said I was not interested.

I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. Calls then hangs up as soon as you answer.
