Got this call today. Knew my first/last name. About the accident I had in the last 3 years. Told her to remove my number from her list. She immediately hung up. English accent. "Al One" as in "Alan One" when I called the number back to
Robot voice called claiming that my NI Number has been identified as "suspicious" and has been linked to a number of crime activities. It then went on to say something along the lines of; "it's very time sensitive to...". I hung up at that point as I expect it was going to give me details on how I can either hand over all of my personal details or pay a fine or whatever.

I ve had 2 calls from a person with an asian accent claiming to be from "national accident department" which is dodgy. He was "guessing" I had been involved in a car accident. I tried to quiz him knowing this was a scam of some sort. When I pressed him on the details of any accident,he bluffed as he knew I was asking too many questions. The only real info I got was he was in Birmingham, all other information I got was just fiction. The clue to the call is upon picking up the receiver there is a 5 second
