James rang me a couple of weeks ago saying we needed to renew our Google Business package with him - thought it was a bit dodgy as we paid a two yr subs with another company a year or so ago. Contacted the bona-fide company and they said its a scam and to prove it to ask him if he knows my Google Business password. Yet to speak to him, so will be doing so!

I am in dispute with Scottish Power over the final bill, which includes charges for the 3 month period after I moved out (despite me notifying them on the date of the move). After numerous phone calls to SP, I have been promised that the matter is under investigation and that there is a hold on the account. Called me today. I ignored because I suspected a scam. Having now read previous comments, I will block the number.

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!
