They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!!
