Caller said he was from Home Appliance Care. He addressed me by a false name I had given to a "lifestyle survey company" some time ago. He told me his records show that as my washing machine warranty was about to expire he would renew it. When I asked him where he got my details from he terminated the call. The number was not recognised when I dialled it. How can you trust a company which spoofs its telephone number.

I received 3-4 calls a day from this number I knew who it was after researching on here I wasn t interest in doing a survey. Pretty annoying calling me on my personal AND work number. Just got a call with caller ID coming up as International but apparently calling from London.. Be aware! Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system. The lady with a strong Indian accent called Alice Williams (yes, I asked her name) asked me to log into my PC to solve these.
