Call preceded by text (which I was unable to reply to) saying they'd call, and wanted more information regarding my complaint. It said that if I miss the call I should ring a certain number and ask to speak to a certain person. My issue is that I have not made a complaint.
Another one of those calls that ends just as you answer it. No doubt expensive to call back. Avoid!
