Called claimed to be from Talktalk phoning about a 'problem with my router. Talk talk say they do not initiate fault calls - you them to report and then receive a call back. Caller was very insistent I go to my router despite saying account holder was not in. So this is not genuine and must be a scam call. Do not pick up.

Answered this call and was met with a dialling tone ... Googling the number showed it to be linked to "Ambulance Chasers". They won t get a chance to call again as I ve blocked it on my iPhone. I have been inundated with calls in the last week from different numbers, but don t know why as I HAVEN T had an accident! Hopefully the law will be changed soon to bin these nuisance calls.

Fraud, scammer calling and claiming they are from the tax evasion department, and you have outstanding balance and bla bla bla .. keep the call going and entertain yourself with what they say .. awful asian accent remind me with the scammers from india who were exposed by the hacking their CCTV. Be ware, they will sound a bit genuine, they might have your first name too .. HMRC will not call you to say you have a case against you, you will be informed officially by them.. be super careful.
