Pretending to be an automated call to query transactions on your credit card, requesting to press a key to confirm or cancel the transactions. Left to answer machine so don't know what it does if you respond.
Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. Amazon scam from Asian call centre. Supposed fraudulent transaction on my Amazon account. Asked me to give six number code sent to me in SMS from Amazon - This was my two step verification code to change my password. All they need to get this sent to you is your Amazon account linked phone number. I did of course refuse.

Bank Scam A recording of a female robotic voice with an American accent told me that 2 transactions has been made on my card that were potentially fraudulent The recording went on to tell me the transaction details and told me to press 1 to authorise them or press 2 to speak to someone
Picked up the phone, nobody spoke and the call ended after a few seconds. I'm registered with TPS, so assume this to be a scam.
