Used a my real name, but was an automated-sounding thing, and having googled this, realized it was a scam.
Well this is some landline from Manchester area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated, all the same 016176801xx) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different comapnies, but for sure some general call centre. People did someone answer it?

They called my sons mobile. I declined call. I then tried to call back on my own mobile. No answer. So i sent message from my phone saying they tried to call my son and as they dont pick up i am letting them know next time they call my son I will inform police!

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. I had a few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.
