They did many errors, failed to say congratulations. Wasn't even close to saying £2,000,000 correctly. A person called Alan Wilkins purporting to be from the Telephone Preference scheme called to try and obtain my bank details. I asked him for verification and he gave me this number but when I dialled 1471 he had called from 02871030659 which unsurprisingly was unavailable. I called 02036305457 and the automatic answer said it was Telephone Preference Management.
