SCAM Purporting to be from my bank querying a card usage and asking me to acknowledge by using “press 1 for or press 2 for”
I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2 offering a 50% discount. Wanted me to read a one time code. I checked and I did have a text from O2 but the code said it was to retrieve my account and that O2 would not ask for the number. I told the guy this and he insisted that it was a promotional code and the warning meant I shouldn't tell anyone else about the number. Looked up the number and it wasn't connecte with O2. I demanded proof from the guy that he was from O2 and he got upset at me. SCAM!

This number has called me on my lane line all day!! If you pick up the line is dead. I’m assuming it’s a computer calling as they call and as soon as they ring off they call immediately again. Scam phone call. Agressive Asian (chinese?) woman rang four times consecutively. Claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted access to my computer which, she claimed, had been hacked and needed repair. Would not take no for an answer! and kept ringing.

SCAM Cold call from John of the equity team claimed changes to equity release scheme, wanted to ask me questions to see if I was eligible 'phishing' said I wasn't interested, he said I didn't need to be at this stage I then said he had cold called and it was illegal he said that wasn't right. I repeated he was a cold caller and I wasn't interested. He remained polite but realised he was getting nowhere. I withheld my number and rang 01970607568, it rang, then automated voice, number not accepting calls.

I got a call from this number and checking it out on this website it says there are no bad comments. Well I phoned them back, the phone rang for about 15 seconds, then cut off. I think it was a scam call.
