Got call early this morning recorded message stating my visa card, not saying what bank or company, had been charged £999 and if it wasn't me I was too press 1...I didn't do it just waited to see how long before it disconnected.... About 20 seconds. Total scam.

Just got a text message from this number regarding job opportunities and wanting some further details. Clearly another scammer as I have been retired 15 years and not the slightest interest in working again!

They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Got texts from Santander saying money was trying to be transferred to “Jamie Allen” and to call this number if it wasn’t me. Have not and will not call number. Is not Santander.

SCAM I got an automated female voice stating it was bank security. £300 was to pay Amazon and £1100 was by bank transfer. I got the exact same phonecall yesterday from another number. I was to press 1 to speak to someone if I hadn't made these transactions. I have been told by my bank that if anything like this was to happen the bank would notify me with the bank's name and a the name of whoever I was talking to as soon as I answered the phone. They would never phone with an automated message.

SCAM - I got a text saying I had missed a parcel delivery from the Post Office, funny as I am expecting a parcel today, but it is NOT the Post Office who is delivering it. The text message tried to send me to a website to rebook delivery, but my Apple phone warned me the website was dangerous to go to, so I did not load it.

Called from "my bank security" telling me that my card (no ref to debit or credit )had been used for £300 to Amazon and over £1000 to an international transaction. Usual press 1, 2 etc. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a premium call no. and you will be charged upwards of £20 just for dialling and then a high charge per second. DO NOT ANSWER OR HANG UP.

Scam - Recording threatening legal action if 1 is not pressed.

Phoned to say money had been taken from my account to pay amazon and sent abroad, kept asking for my account number, told him i would phone the fraud dept at my bank and give them his number and they can talk to each other. He then rang off, now blocked this number.

Missed a call from 07477123333 this evening. Not sure if it is dangerous. Just checked my voicemail, it mentioned UPS and a Chinese lady's voice to get in touch. Cut the call immediately. DANGEROUS
