Some guys called me asking if I was Mr. R. (I'm a woman btw). I said "no" so he said "forget the name then, your number was put as a first point of contact following a minor incident involving a car". When I explained I don't own a car, and have never in my 31 years been involved in any incidents, he just refused to believe me. Kept saying "it was just a minor" over and over again. Multiple calls every day. When I answer line goes dead and cuts off. Have heard it’s barclays partner finance but never get to speak to someone.
The above number sent me an sms that has a suspicious link with the message that my PayPal account has been suspended. In order to resolve the issue they were asking me to log onto my PayPal account through the link. I contacted PayPal they said they didn't send any text message and that my account wasn't suspended. So they are scammers based in Kazhakstan.

Recorded msg, ostensibly from BT saying our broadband service would be terminated this afternoon and giving two options to choose: 1. To speak to somebody; 2: to terminate broadband. Voice was female with slightly accented American tone. Checked BT Numbers and they do not appear to include this one. Assume it’s a scam of some sort.

Have been called by this No. 08453417010 - they are a waste of space, oops sorry empty space is good in comparrision! Just confuse any of the scammer's it seems to stop their repeat calls, tell them you don't have computers or any such like, it throughs them from their crib sheet, then hey hang up.
