These are SCAMMERS pretending to be from HMRC and claiming they you owe tax and will have a criminal record if it is unpaid. BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!
claimed to be from a company I have had dealings with in the past - definitely not true!

Just answered this number, automated voice telling me a debit is about to happen on my bank account for 900 quid, press 1 if its not me. No mention of details, names etc. Blocked now and have checked the bank, so assuming SCAM. DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS!
I answered they hung up, no idea who they are, now blocked.
Tried to redial it but it came up as unrecognized. Odd!

Automated voice said they were informed I'd had a car accident, so as I usually do, at the prompt I said yes and a real voice calling himself Ryan answered. He asked for my name, to which I said he must know that, if he were informed I'd had an accident. Ryan, if that was his real name, hung straight up.
