Never heard of these guys, and then suddenly- I recieve a phone call EVERY 10 minutes from them one day and half the time they hang up when I answer. Talk about inflicting anxiety and panic attacks.

Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Dopey Indian scammer trying to tell me there is something wrong with my internet, running the same old short con of getting the innocent victim to type in random commands to show something is supposedly wrong. This wasn t a particularly bright one either as only knew one cmd command before giving up. I ve had them go on up to half an hour in the past.
