Just had call from the above number, when I answered, phone then went dead.
SCAM. Automated call supposedly from my bank blocking a payment of £600 to Western Union.

Claimed to be Dept of Education and doing research but would not answer my questions of why they wanted to talk to the HR department. I declined to answer questions as we are a busy company. Why would they be calling us?
My phone flagged the call as POTENTIAL FRAUD so I didn't answer. No voicemail.
