Called saying they were following up from a recent car accident I had been involved in. I wouldn't have answered but it comes up as a local number! Absolute con artists!!

Obviously calling from abroad- even though code says from Wales. Didn t answer immediately and then said he was from Microsoft. Asked if he had heard of telephone preference and he just carried on talking. Told him not to call me and put phone down !
Who called me i just want to know .
Answered but nobody spoke. Called number back but as with many of these 07731 numbers recently, it was "not recognised". Can only assume it's not above board.
