Claimed to be able to save me money on my mobile phone bill. Claimed originally to be from EE, but that isn't my provider, he then argued with me about my provider - he eventually hung up. I always keep them talking as much as possible to save the next poor victim.

SCAM / SPAM - automated message from HMRC regarding tax fraud and Says press 1 or a warrant will be issued for your arrest and the police will be contacted. Pressed one spoke to an operator, all I gave him was my name (luckily there are several people with the same name - when he was told I was on benefits He said ‘hang on a moment’ the hung up after a long pause. Please be careful people this is a a definite scam

Had a call from this number today at 11:40 hours. Lady named Liz Ramsey says that she is from the DWP. She claimed that her office is in Pembroke Dock. She said that there is nothing to worry about,(ha ha), my EsA is being adjusted.etc. She wants to verify any change in circumstances. She wanted to ask me some questions. I refused saying that i do not know who she is. I told that my number had been withdrawn from the DWP because of many such telephone calls. She said that she would send me a form. I wanted
"We're doing installations in your area", yeah, right! I suppose the window business is cut-throat, but travelling from Scotland to the South Wales coast? What would've turned up if I'd agreed for a surveyor to visit, as was suggested?
