fraud/scam call. silent call from this number which appears be in Stafford but is not recognised when you dial it. my number is ex-directory and TPS registered. reported to Ofcom.
SCAM Terrible line quality, man with strong Indian accent immediately started the call by telling me he could get me an iPhone 12 for £30 per month. I told him I wasn't interested in whatever scam he was peddling. He then claimed I could trust him because he worked for Carphone Warehouse. I asked him for his email address and if he worked at the head office in North Acton, to which he said yes but he couldn't give out his email address over the phone.
These people are parasites. They phone around 10 times a day, every day, from different numbers all ending in 114. This is harrassment!!!

Probable scam. Automated recorded voice told me that my Amazon Prime acount would be renewed for some amount (I didn't write it down). I don't have Amazon Prime, so I hung up. I suspect the rest of the recording would have told me to ring some premium number on some pretext.

Fraud - Claim to be from talktalk wanting to reset my router because "sometimes your internet is strong and sometimes it is weak". Our router has been reset before by talktalk (genuinely) and they do this remotely, on their end. However this scammer told me he had to do it via my laptop and asked me to log on to it and go to a run file thing etc. Obviously just trying to load some sort of malware! Everytime I said no and hung up, they rang back immediately. Had 7 calls from them in 30 minu
