RTS should be investigated. Have formally reported them to BT nuisance line. Persistent and aggressive telemarketer relating to injury /car claim. Claimed passed personal details by Direct Line to close the case for them. Ended call with not-so-veiled threat - totally unacceptable in your own home on your own phone line. Worrying for weaker people who could be extremely intimidated by these pathetic bullies. RTS needs to be closed down immediately.

Called today just before 11.00 am. As the number was unrecognised it was allowed to go to the answering machine.. Within a few seconds the call was terminated and no message was left.
