This number has rang me on numerous occasions I answer and say nothing and the line goes dead. There is often back ground noise like a call center.

Rang and asked if i wanted to win a tablet so i hung up. More than likely a scammer.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363486xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with First Assist Insurance, ambulance chasers, accident claims, PPI, insurance marketing. J
