The caller on this number claimed I was the subject to a criminal investigation by HMRC. I was invited to press button 1 or button 2 to hear more. I understand that doing this would connect me to a premium rate line.

Spam Caller | seems as if this may be a bot caller checking if the number they are dialing is in use or not, upon pickup - instant hangup.

Asked me questions to see if I had been in an accident. Apparently my details were passed on to them. I said i hadn't been and he then asked if anyone in the house had been. I said no. So he hung up.

Claimed to be a bank checking a foreign transaction. I never made one. Press 1 to connect. I did not do this and the call cut off

Text message to call this number, claimed to be from Lloyds bank and to call to lift an internet account suspension. I called the number and got a series of requests for Bank, account number, long card number, expiry date, three number security from back, date of birth and mobile number. I provided a series of random numbers and the message continued that I would receive a text and to follow the link. No doubt this would have led to another attempt to extract ID information.

When I said I hadn't had one they said I had and then said it also applied to family members. They haven't had one either. When asked where they got my number from and that I was on the TPS they hung up.
