Insulation. They claim it's a survey, but you know it's a scam. Silence on line for several seconds. (I do not say anything when answering unknown numbers just to see if it is a robot messenging call). When questioned about what company he was representing, the man purported to be an energy adviser from the Insulation Advice Line. I asked him if he could provide his company number. He replied 'No'. He was rude and talked over me. The threat of reporting him because of TPS violation did not phase him.
I was called today from this number,but my phone showed me that is a spam suspicious call, so, I didn't answer ????♀️.I blocked it

who does this number belong to - it is on my phone bill as me being charged a call to it but I haven't called them.
Keeps calling, when you answer they hang up. When you call back they do not pick up the phone

Sounded very noisy- i knew this was spam as soon ad they got my name wrong.
It had just phoned me and have no idea or know anybody in the Bristol area
