A guy called Ben Arnold from safestyle-windows.co.uk / safestyle.co.uk has been harassing my parents, who are both in their 80s, to buy replacement windows. After 2 months of this going on, I was at their house at the time he called, and he said that he was not breaking the law and will carry on doing it. He s also dropped leaflets to their house in SE London, even though they have a "No leaflets, no cold callers" notice on their door. It s becoming really distressing for them, and I am concerned that they
