SCAM There was a short pause after I picked up the telephone, with a lot of background noise, such as you might get from someone in a crowded bar, not what I'd expect from a legitimate outfit. The person who spoke had a thick accent so I initially thought it might be from an overseas call centre. The person who spoke said they were from British Telecom, so I told them where to go and hung up.
Was phoned from this number. Rejected the call. They phoned again, I answered, they hung up.
SPAM - left me two voicemails within a minute of each other just of heavy breathing...
Call center SPAM Fraud SCAM Said they were photon about my fridge freezer warranty. Had correct address and said they're sending paperwork. Then it got dodgy. Said I was being passed to the "supervisor", who asked if I had understood what other person said etc. Then said as payments were being reduced, could they confirm the bank details.
