SCAM / SPAM caller mentioned a recent Government grant we had applied for re. loft insulation/lagging. I replied that we had not and he put the phone down on me!
I had answerphone message left at 12.46 today, exactly the same as above. Goodness knows what happens if we call the number!! old and vulnerable should be protected from these low lives.

It seems to be a scam claiming to be the co-op and aiming to get personal details. dont tell them anything!!!

I did enter a competition on the ITV website and now I am being bombarded with unwanted calls. This was NPower.

The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. I rang back three times, purely for identification purposes. Each time I got a short recorded message and was then cut off. It was in an American accent. I am still little the wiser. It seemed to be saying it was the website of Drama-dot-com. What does that mean? I suspect others are going to
