Just checked the Govt.uk web site = You'll never get an email, text message or phone call from HM Revenue and Customs ( HMRC ) which: tells you about a tax rebate or penalty. asks for your personal or payment information.
THINK this may be DSV Solutions who have offices at Kingston, MK. Their main number is 01908 512277. They are delivery/recollection agents for made.com an online furniture company. I had dealings with them over a collection of a defective sofa. Seemed OK. Not certain about this but fairly sure.
