I answered, the caller said 'bye' and hung up. Why would you do that and waste time?

Claimed to be from the "Insulation Advisory Line in Reading. 01908 is a Milton Keynes number. When challenged on who the company was would not provide any information

Sales call. Very annoying and can not get rid of itself. Had to use other means grip and let my dog bark into the phone.
