His voice was breaking up, didn’t hear 1 complete sentence, which I told him and he was very rude, loads of background noise, Hung up on him

Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got.
