I don't know who this is but it's coming from North Yorkshire and I don't know anybody from there so I have now blocked the number.
Old scam. Claim to be from BT Openreach saying there is a problem with broadband causing damage to devices but they can fix it for you. Just a scam to get info, passwords or even put spyware onto your device. Just hang up on them and warn others that this scam is going around again.

Accident. Run me multiple times about fake accidents. Told them every time that no it is not true and they say ok and put you through to a foreign sounding person who asks the same questions. Asked them to remover my number but no success.

Fraud - Do not do business with this company (HND). The owner takes your money for a service that he has no intention of ever providing, then refuses to refund you. Unethical and dodgy company. AVOID!
SCAM - Claimed to be a debt investigation company and even had my name but I told them to send me an email instead and he hung up
