Robot caller, scamming about insulation replacement. Quite good speech recognition, and knew about the TPS (so the robot knew they were not allowed to call us!)

SCAM -this site listed it as Russian Federation Pyatigorsk, whatever that is. I'm listing it as a scam! Number now blocked.

Recruitment agency, hard to understand operator but I think they are recruiting for the construction industry.

Answer phone would not allow message to be left. Transpires that this site identified the call as coming from the Rostov region in Russia.
