Recorded voice asking my partner to ring back leaving a name of Capital Resolve never heard of them and we won't be ringing them back. If they were a genuine company. Why hasnt my partner received a letter from them.

SCAM. Caller stated himself to be from the "UK Claims Department" which the UK's Financial Conduct Authority states to be unauthorised to conduct financial matters within the UK. From a mobile number too - no legitimate company would allow that. You're now warned!

Only my very close family have my home number therefore ANY unknown call is suspicious! No known connection with this company.
