Got a message stating it is PayPal with an, obviously, fake link to sign in before they "close my account".

This number as phoned three times today, even though I am ex-directory and I have registered with the UK Telephone preference service to block unwanted calls. Number is registered and traced to Netherlands.
SCAM - Claimed to be Carphone Warehouse. When challenged, they hung up.
Robot says calling from HMRC and there is a fraud under my name. If I don't press 1 a warrant will be issued and I will be arrested shortly.
