Usual tax evasion scam.
The area code is definitely Cromer. Friern Barnet is in London and would have an 020 number.
The caller hung up after a few rings, I didn t have time to get to the phone, so rang the number which 1471 gave me. Result - "Sorry, this number has not been recognised"
