my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days

SCAM? Caller spoke about free replacement of my very old domestic storage heaters free, under ECO3 scheme. Claimed 20 -30%reduction in energy consumption, but abruptly rang off after failing to (understand ?) explain how the savings are achieved. Scam of some kind suspected. ,
Likely fraudulent. Caller said she was Google maps.

Claimed to be from BT OpenReach. Explained they were contacting people re internent connection. (1) Was asked if internet speed was okay. Replied upload/download speed fine. Was asked for precise speeds. Said I wasn't in front of a computer but upload/download speed fine. Had to say this three times. (2) Was told my area experiencing slow speeds. Explained internet speed fine. (3) Was told I would be cut off later today. Started to explain I wouldn't and that I didn't take kindly to threats but was cut
