SCAM Called twice and my elderly mother could not understand the operator who put the phone down. When I arrived (daughter ) I re dialled 1471 stated number not recognised
Fed up with them keep calling. When will someone do something to stop these Blo--y annoying people half the time you can not understand a word they are saying

Had numerous phone calls from this number and also abusive caller when I would not give my name.
Gentleman rang, seemed to have an Italian accent. Stated he was calling from South Wing hospital & was after a female, unsure of name. Asked him what number he was dialing. He gave a number which was not mine. I advised him to recheck & dial correct no.
said they were from hmrc and I owed tax, said I had to press 1 immediately or a warrant for my arrest would be issued

Asked if I was person "A" I said I wasn t then they terminated the call. They wouldn t tell me who they were and neither did they make any attempt to apologise for bothering me. I would be suspicious of this kind of call

FireFox here again. This number will leave you alone for a short while then start the calls all over again and just as frequent - the early morning ones are the worst. NEVER press any Numbers the recorded/animated voice asks you too. Its some kind of Scam probably a Cost trap - if you have the means, then BLOCK IT.
SCAM pretending be about Amazon Prime, recording says 'your account was debited by mistake'. I don't have a prime account, and Amazon does not have my phone number. This is the third call from this scam in three days, and each comes from a different number.
This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again.
