Received a call claiming to be acting on behalf of nationwide and also claiming that the call was in relation to a knock I had had in my car. I asked the caller to politely go away - he didn't and he stayed on the line informing me that 'he gets paid for breathing down the phone at me'. what a strange thing to say. I then told him to FO and leave me alone. He yet persisted and I then informed him he would be reported for cold calling, harassment, and personal intrusion and threat. I had not had a knock in
