Allegedly it is BT detecting suspicious activity on my phone and they will disconnect me. As I am not on BT so this is probably an attempt to get my bank details for fraudulent purposes.

Asian-sounding woman rang from this number claiming to be from Energy Saving Centre saying that there may be money off having new windows installed but she could only tell me more if I let somebody into my home. Vague and long-winding spiel and didn t sound trustworthy at all - just hang up!
