"No idea who called as we have a phone guardian so unknown numbers are intercepted except for a couple which are announced giving us the option to accept or reject. The phone does not even ring. The only way we know someone has phoned is when we pick the receiver up and it shows there has been a missed call"

I received a call today (5.20pm) from 01429 212998 and they said "I m from CAH and I understand that you have had an accident in the last few years" to which I replied "no" he then continued to say "has anyone in your household been in an accident in the last few years?"
